Klaas Hofman studied architecture at the Technical University Delft and at the University of Illinois, Chicago (USA). He graduated in Delft in 2002.
At Maxwan he has contributed to projects for buildings, public space design and urban design. He has been the Maxwan project architect for the development of a new housing area with urban park in the city of Leiden and recently the Rotterdam Central Station Master Plan. Klaas teaches occasionally at the Technical University in Delft and In february 2008 he lectured at the International Symposium "Urban Infrastructures and Architecture" in Budapest, Hungaria.
