SMALL IS BEAUTIFUL

GELDERMALSEN
The defining element in the design of House "G" is a staircase that transforms into a library that transforms into a kitchen and workspace. House "G" is the 5th project since 1994 that is solely about the home, its furniture and fine detail. The first encounter with designing the indoors was in 1996 when a kitchen was designed and custom built for Riek Bakker (see max008-kitchen). Other interior projects include the exhibition design for Reality Machines at the NAI (2003), and the restructuring and design of a family home in O.
An oeuvre of interior architecture is emerging.
